Missing bitcoins.com

Live with loss.

Recover with love.

The first fragment is now on-chain.
From this moment on, disappearance leaves a trace.

On December 15, 2025, the first fragment of MissingBitcoins was written onto the blockchain —
marking the beginning of this project’s irreversible archive of disappearance.

This moment signifies the first entry in a long-term pixel record about what the world searches for —
and what it allows to vanish.

A year ended. 365 days went missing.

What is MissingBitcoins?

Every year, the world uses blockchain forensics, AI, media tracking and rumor analysis
to search for 6–8 million lost Bitcoins.

Lost wallets.
Forgotten seed phrases.
Destroyed hard drives.
Every clue is pursued.

But when real people disappear—
in wars, disasters, migration routes, or everyday life—
the world does not look with the same intensity.

MissingBitcoins reframes this imbalance:
the light created to search for digital loss
should also illuminate the people we fail to remember.

Loss connects us. Messages remind us.

A message is a small way of finding.
